We do this by completing a thorough assessment, developing a customized activity plan, and providing services in the comfort of your own home. Our services lift the burden off the family’s shoulders so they can have peace of mind that their loved one is being cared for correctly! 

 

All visits are required to be documented daily via GeoH. An electronic visit verification app, that requires GPS and client/caregiver signature. This is needed in order to confirm time and job completed. This a statewide requirement! No exceptions. Staff have two options to access this platform. 1 download the app on your Google or Apple store. 2 use the website geo.app.
