All visits are required to be documented daily via GeoH. An electronic visit verification app, that requires GPS and client/caregiver signature. This is needed in order to confirm time and job completed. This a statewide requirement! No exceptions. Staff have two options to access this platform. 1 download the app on your Google or Apple store. 2 use the website geo.app.
